We’re looking for volunteer bell ringers to help with our “Love Your Neighbor” red kettle collection, November 17-December 23. You can make a difference in the lives of your neighbors. On average, just 60 minutes of red kettle bell ringing yields enough in donations to feed 13 people.
Our region is in crisis. Every day in our community, people are hospitalized for substance abuse. These people have kids and families whose lives are being disrupted by the effects of addiction. Our no-fee rehabilitation programs offer spiritual, emotional and social assistance to those seeking real help.
Human Trafficking, a form of modern day slavery, is a reality in our communities. There are many types of human trafficking networks that are active in our neighborhoods. We work to raise public awareness and help bring people to freedom.
Local children are going hungry. Kids living in poverty often miss out on team sports and the arts. Some working families need a safe place for their kids to go after school. We offer youth programs and activities designed to help kids in our neighborhoods make positive decisions, stimulate creativity and foster independence.
