A program for troubled youth, Bridging the Gap is unique in its approach of providing both intervention and prevention services. It is designed to improve self-esteem, build positive social and readiness skills, prevent risky behaviors, and equip youth with the tools to make positive choices in a safe, structured, nurturing environment. The curriculum used has a spiritual component which is the basis and foundation of the program. Participants are court-mandated through the Shelby County Juvenile Court.
